EIS Exercise, “Earth Ex 2017 – Black Sky Event” preps for catastrophe

Rehearsal for response to severe, national and global scale hazards takes place August 23

8/12/17 – On August 23, 2017, the Electric Infrastructure Security Council (EIS) will conduct an exercise named, Earth Ex 2017, to prepare for a “Black Sky event”.
