Germany to enter fight against ISIS with Britain and France

The decision to commit military personnel and hardware is a shift for Germany, which has resisted such direct involvement in the conflict.

French jets strike ISIS; Britain offers help

Britain offers France the use of an air base in Cyprus to hit the militants group behind the Paris attacks

French President Francois Hollande met British Prime Minister David Cameron in Paris on Monday as part of efforts to rally support for the fight against Islamic State and Hollande is also due to visit Washington and Moscow this week.

Cameron offered air-to-air refueling services and said he was convinced Britain should carry out air strikes alongside France on the group in Syria and would be recommending that Britain’s parliament vote through such measures.

U.S. & U.K. Run Drill to Test Cyber Security of Financial Sector

Britain and the United States carried out a planned drill with leading global firms on Thursday to see how they would respond to a cyber incident in the financial sector.
