Snake emerges from Western Wall crack halting prayers

Prompts speculation of portent across cyberspace.

11/29/18 – On November 1st, another strange event happened at the Western Wall. A serpent of nearly four feet emerged from a crack in the middle of the wall in the women’s section as worshipers were praying. This section was for more liberal worshipers. The unexpected visitor prompted many to speculate on spiritual correlations, including passages from the Zohar, but all mention it could be a sign that the Messiah is about to return. If you missed this story, it is one you need to be aware of.

The only footage I could find of the actual event of the snake emerging is played in Pastor Paul Begley’s video below. The more common footage is of the snake exterminator only.

As the day approaches when Jered Kushner reveals his peace plan, we must watch these events. G_d uses signs all throughout his word. We are commanded to especially pay attention to the signs of the season of his coming. I think we are clearly in that season and must watch carefully as these end-times events unfold, or in some cases, burst onto our radar.

The Times of Israel wrote:

Prayers at the Western Wall were unexpectedly interrupted on Wednesday night when a snake slithered out from stones above the women’s prayer section.

The reptile caused some “panic and embarrassment” among the worshipers below, until a “skilled snake catcher” was found to capture the serpent, according to the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, which released video of the incident.

The sudden appearance of a serpent emerging from Judaism’s holiest site prompted speculation among internet commentators, some of which who drew connections to Adam and Eve, and predicted both the coming of the Messiah and bad tidings for the people of Israel.

A kabbalah site wrote comparing Israel to the dove or pigeon:

“We are truly in the dangerous times that directly precede Mashiach (Messiah),” the article in Sod 1820 read. “Just as the pigeon is safe so long as it seeks shelter among the stones of the Temple Mount, the Jews are protected by the Torah commandments. When the pigeon comes out from the stones or the the Jews move away from the Torah, they are in danger.”

Breaking Israel News observed the connection to the US mid-term elections and something else:

Rabbi Nir Ben Artzi, a mystic rabbi with a strong following in Israel, explained the connection between the snake, the U.S. elections, and the Messiah, who he says is already among us, describing him in great detail.

“Everything that is happening in the world now is a sign of the coming Messiah, preparing the way for him to be revealed,” Ben Artzi said, referring to several unusual occurrences that drew international attention to the Temple Mount. In July [23rd], a large stone fell from the Kotel (Western Wall), which the rabbi insisted was “far from random.” On the last day of the holiday of Sukkot [October 3rd], precisely at sunrise, a mist suddenly billowed up from the ground on the Temple Mount and surrounded the Dome of the Rock. Sinkholes recently [November 5th] appeared near the Sha’ar HaRachamim (Gate of Mercy or Golden Gate).

The rabbi emphasized that the strange appearance of a snake crawling out from the rocks of the Western Wall was clearly significant.

“The snake didn’t simply crawl across the floor or hide in some corner,” Rabbi Ben Artzi said. “They discovered him in the middle of the wall, crawling out of the stones, there for everyone to see.”

All of these strange events have happened this year!

Whatever metaphor may be made, it is important to note the details correctly. Though the snake is not poisonous, it is a meat eater, consuming birds, rodents, lizards and other snakes. And, the snake was an adult, appearing to be nearly four feet long, close to it’s maximum length of five feet. Did the viper have the pigeon on its menu? I don’t think we know for sure but the pigeon did escape. In my mind, this would have felt doubly ominous if the bird had not escaped.

And, it emerged in a section for more liberal worshipers, a women’s section.

There is, however, most certainly fear and surprise and that alone brings up many biblical passages about being watchful and alert.

42“Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. 43“But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. 44“For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.

A snake is cunning and inches toward you, unflinching, calculating, cold. If we tolerate life-threatening danger, allowing it to crawl up right next to us, choosing to pretend that snuggling up to evil can’t harm us, we have put ourselves in harms way and in the spiritual realm, that is a form of compliance. The spiritual forces of the dark side always look for permission to enter, but that can come in many forms.

We are told:

“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves.”
-Matthew 10:16

As the Rabbi stated, snakes wriggling out of the middle of the Western Wall is not a regular occurrence. This makes the incident more troubling in light of the other recent events he mentioned. On July 23rd a large and ancient stone of the wall seemed to have been pushed out and crashed to the ground onto a platform in a more liberal area. This was a strange and shocking moment caught on video. (below)

This is just another odd occurrence that seems to warn that the coming of Yeshua is close at hand, which also is yet another of many confirmations we’ve had since our intercessory prayer and prophecy group received a word from the L_rd three weeks ago.

There is a snake, more cunning than any other creature, that is about to emerge, right in the center of everything. And the whole world will snuggle up next to him and usher in the New World Order, require some sort of chip or mark on every person, on the back of the hand or the head. We are a chosen generation that will continue to see extraordinary things. Be watchful, pray without ceasing, and walk in repentance. We must stay connected to our heavenly father, stay full of his presence, be able to hear his direction even when a mere whisper. It doesn’t appear at this point that things are getting better, it appears we have entered a very difficult time. I pray I am wrong. And I pray for each of you. We go where we are sent and trust him because he has shown himself to be faithful. Give Yeshua complete control of your life. He will see you through all of the rough water and never leave or forsake you.
