Obama seeks U.N. position of Secretary General – Kuwaiti news reports

1/9/16 – This did not surprise me when it came across the news wires. If the story is true, we have something to be very concerned about. Since the Clinton’s have wanted to rule the world for a very long time, I wonder what fireworks are taking place behind the scenes? Obviously, this could have great prophetic significance.

Since sitting Secretary General Ban Ki Moon’s term ends December 31, 2016, that is just 26 days from the end of Obama’s term.

Wow, that’s good timing, eh?

With all the recent talk about a one world government and NWO from the Pope among so many others, and Putin and Netanyahu both feeling that the U.N., NATO and the U.S. are a threat to their security, this is getting very interesting prophetically in a bad way.

The Pope’s aggressive push for a world government may have been laying the ground work for a move such as this. Just Tuesday January 5th, he released a video message pushing for one world religion. We know they’ve been preparing for it, but it may be that we have actually arrived at the time they will attempt it.

In the Bible, the book of Revelation describes a ‘great harlot’, or a false, one-world religion that will be prominent during the end times, led by a ‘false prophet’.

This false religion will dominate all people of the earth, all nations and languages.

And the timing with the Shemitah is also very interesting.

The Pope has indicated that he believes he is the last Pope as in the Malachy Prophecy.

Is it time for the world leader to take the stage as the Bible prophesied over 2000 years ago?

Only God knows what we will see this year. Frankly, it’s not looking very good so far. We need to stay on our knees in repentance and ask for divine guidance.

Breaking Israel News reports:

Al –Jarida, an Arabic language Kuwaiti magazine, published an article on Friday claiming that US President Barack Obama has set his sights on becoming the next Secretary General of the United Nations when he leaves the Oval Office in one year.

If true, and if he succeeds in this endeavor, Obama would be replacing the present Secretary General, South Korean Ban Ki-Moon, who is serving his second five-year term in the position. Moon’s term as Secretary General is set to end December 31, 2016, coincidentally 21 days before Obama’s second term as President ends. Al-Jarida attributed the rumor to “informed sources”.

The Jerusalem Post reports:

According to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida, Netanyahu will make common cause with moderate Arab governments in order to sabotage Obama’s plan to succeed Ban Ki-moon when the South Korean diplomat ends his term as United Nations secretary-general on December 31 of this year.

Al-Jarida quoted sources as saying that Obama has already discussed the issue of running for secretary-general with Democrats, Republicans, and Jewish officials in the US.

The sources said that once Netanyahu got wind of Obama’s plans, the prime minister began to make efforts to submarine what he has referred to as “the Obama project.”

“Wasn’t eight years of having Obama in office enough?” Netanyahu is quoted in the Kuwaiti daily as telling associates. “Eight years during which he ignored Israel? And now he wants to be in a position that is liable to cause us hardships in the international arena.”

The Washington Times reports:

“Obama is the worst president Israel has had to deal with and the worst president for the Middle East and its allies, the moderate Arab states,” the paper quotes a Netanyahu aide.

Another source close to the Prime Minister said “his presidency was characterized by [Washington’s] moving closer to the Muslim Brotherhood, toppling the regime of Hosni Mubarak, and attempts to ally itself with political Islam.”

“Obama’s term is ending with him forging an alliance with Iran, coming to an agreement with it on its nuclear program which in the end will result in a similar scenario that took place with North Korea. Israel will not allow this to happen … It will take all of the necessary steps to prevent Iran from manufacturing a nuclear weapon either covertly or overtly.”
