CA law allowing seizure of guns without notice begins Jan 1, 2016

1/1/16 – You may not know it but gun seizure without prior notice is now law in California. And increasing gun control is on the top of President Obama’s list for the new year.

Many sites and watchmen, such as Alex Jones, Rick Wiles and others, have warned of this for years; and now it’s here.

AB1014, signed by Governor Jerry Brown, takes effect January 1st; it allows police to seize guns without prior notice.

“Areas like New York, Massachusetts, D.C., Chicago…they’re just beta testing…They’re coming for our guns. They’re coming for our basic freedoms,” said Alex Jones.

Former Congressman Joe Walsh tweeted on Thursday, “On Monday, Obama, on his own, to go after guns. It’s war. Defy his executive actions. Time for Civil disobedience.”

CNN reports that White House spokesman Eric Schultz declined to comment on the timing or the content but said that Obama expected a set of recommendations on “unilateral action” to arrive on his desk at the beginning of 2016.

“It is complicated,” Schultz said. “That’s why it’s taken some time for our policy folks, our lawyers, and our expects to work through this and see what’s possible.”

2016 already saw moves for gun control in Iowa and Nevada.

TruNews reports that President Barack Obama, frustrated by Congress’ inaction on gun control, will meet with U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Monday to discuss ways of reducing gun violence unilaterally through measures that do not require congressional approval.

Uh, excuse me, Mr. President, but I would prefer you didn’t step over congress on constitutional issues.

“A few months ago, I directed my team at the White House to look into any new actions I can take to help reduce gun violence,” Obama said in the Friday address. “And on Monday, I’ll meet with our attorney general, Loretta Lynch, to discuss our options.

The gun laws in California are on the President’s wish list of gun control: those restrictions didn’t stop the San Bernadino shooting, now did it?

Frustrated by Congress, President Obama has vowed to use “whatever power this office holds” to put in place gun control measures.

Gun control advocates call these measures “common sense” and when I was much younger I believed that too. Does my neighbor really need an automatic assault rifle? Not on a good day. But if the government runs a muck or we are invaded, yes he does!

Now I understand that it’s about the loss of freedom, at a critical time when there is a clear plan in place for world government and it’s not stopping here with this law.

If you take the time to research true statistics regarding gun violence it is not what the gun control advocates tell you.

The FBI’s statistics have reflected that violence with a gun has actually been going down for years now.

Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.

A recent study published in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy concluded that there is a negative correlation between gun ownership and violent crime in countries internationally (more guns = less crime).

Nations with strict gun control laws have substantially higher murder rates than those who do not in general. In fact, the 9 European nations with the lowest gun ownership rate have a combined murder rate 3x that of the 9 European nations with the highest gun ownership rate!8

Would you try to outlaw owning a car due to all the deaths by auto accident?

So, why the big push as if this is an urgent issue? We have to admit we are being manipulated.

When you look at these steps in context with the global agenda and the historical precedents, it is frighteningly clear that this is not about helping anybody but the NWO elite setting up global government.

It is in the context that this is and should be so frightening.

Our freedoms are being vaporized one at a time while we party our way into the new year.

With all that is going on globally, you can see the chess pieces on the board and we are very close to a check-mate against personal freedom and liberty.

Speak out now to your officials, to the White House that you do not agree with removing constitutional rights from citizens. If you don’t you may not get another chance.

Can you see how that is coming here and combined with gun control, we are about to lose all of the rights that allow us to protect ourselves?

The technology, the systems, the power structure, a way to mark every individual…it’s all here. Never before in history could the prophecies of the Bible regarding a one world government system have happened because the structure and the technology did not exist.

It’s ALL here now.

If we don’t get serious, especially here in the U.S., about protecting our hard-won freedoms we will be wearing government clothes and shoes, watching government propaganda TV while on short furlough from our government assigned job and waiting for our turn to get our ration of government gruel.

And lest you think we will have freedom in the arts, you should know that dynasties throughout history restricted arts and music because they were aware of it’s power over people.

The future is not looking good. We are at a time where we must act. We were each chosen to be born at this time! The NWO is at the door. The time for saying it’s someone else’s problem is over. Stand up. Protest. Call your senator. Get involved now; before it too late.
